On the occasion of the 34th anniversary of the Khojaly Massacre, a commemorative event was held at the Modern Educational Complex named after Heydar Aliyev with the participation of middle and high school students.
During the event, students were provided with detailed information about the history of the Khojaly tragedy, its causes, and the severe consequences it had for our nation. In the speeches delivered, it was emphasized that the events of February 26, 1992 left an indelible mark on the memory of the Azerbaijani people, and that the memory of our martyrs is always honored with deep respect.
As part of the commemoration program, a documentary video dedicated to the tragedy was presented. The video left a profound impression on the students, encouraging them to learn more deeply about our history and to preserve our national values.
The main purpose of the event was to foster historical awareness among students, strengthen their sense of patriotism, and instill the importance of preserving our national identity. It is one of our most important values that the younger generation knows its history and approaches the future with greater responsibility.
The dear memory of the Khojaly victims was honored with deep respect.
