About Me

Tural Abbasov Ed.M., Chief Executive Officer of the Modern Educational Complex named in Honour of Heydar Aliyev, is a graduate of the Private School Leadership Master's Program at Columbia University, USA.

A specialist in Business Administration, Mr. Abbasov has nearly 17 years of experience in managing international projects in Azerbaijan. Throughout his career, he has worked with numerous educational organizations across the country and has collaborated closely with international experts on various projects in both the education sector and the private industry.
He possesses extensive expertise in international school management and modeling, corporate fundraising, and community development. In addition, he has earned international certifications in Leadership and Coaching, Financial Management in International Schools (PTC, London), Storytelling, and Business Psychology (Pearn Kandola, London).

Furthermore, Mr. Abbasov is a certified potential Master Trainer of the International Labour Organization’s (ILO) “Start and Improve Your Business” (SIYB) program.
