Position: School Librarian – The Khankendi Campus (Full-Time)
Application Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree (higher education qualification)
• Strong communication skills in both English and Azerbaijani (spoken and written)
• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience (school experience is an advantage)
• Good communication skills with students and staff
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook & MS Teams)
• Ability to follow school policies and procedures
• Experience or interest in delivering drama/storytelling activities for students
Main responsibilities:
• Helps organize library activities for students and teachers.
• Conducts engaging activities for students, such as drama sessions and storytelling, to promote creativity, imagination, and a love for reading.
• Helps with ordering and receiving new books for the library.
• Registers new books and helps organize textbooks by class.
• Follows library rules and helps inform students and teachers when needed.
• Helps collect and arrange books at the end of the school year.
• Assists in removing old or damaged books according to school rules.
• Keeps basic records of library books and inventory.
• Helps ensure lost books are replaced or paid for.
• Supports the annual checking of library books.
• Maintains discipline and order in the library.
